  Went on Friday to have my car detailed they put about an 8 in scratch along the lip of my rim. The manager tried to suggest to me that one of my “spiteful” neighbors must have done it even though the scratch wasn’t there when I left work and came straight there first. Tells me he can give me free washes but why would I go back if they damage your vehicle and won’t pay for the damages!!! 0 STARS!

  Seems busy and managed well BUT the residue from interior protectants are just tooooo heavy and hard to clean off later. I choose to go back to doing my own; my lady tried it ... I had to re-wipe it down so to say. Some like it--some don't. Spraying the clear instrument panels glass shouldn't be on the list.
