  Gotta be honest, after months of loyalty and satisfaction with you guys, lately I've really been disappointed. It seems like ever since your $2.50(!) delivery fee took effect in February, your quality standards have taken a dive. My orders have since been sloppily assembled, missing requested ingredients, and overall unappetizing. (For instance, the pickle in my last order was perhaps the worst I've ever had - zero crunch, and all mushy.) And I'm paying for your famous "freaky fast" delivery? No thank you. Please improve!
